In the first six months of our customer feedback system 89% of our clients, who responded, described our overall service as excellent. 9% described it as very good and the remaining 2% as good.

100% of respondents said that we responded swiftly, we answered all their questions, were friendly, that the job was delivered on time, that they were pleased with their job and that they would recommend us to others.

We must admit to being pretty pleased with the response. Thanks to everyone who has fed back. Below are a selection of additional comments from the feedback.

As a small registered charity we are always working to a limited budget and have to be very cost-conscious. Upstream has provided us with an efficient and helpful service for many years. Our course leaflets and brochures always look smart and are delivered promptly.
